Linear modules

There are several names for linear modules, it including linear actuator, single-axis robot module utilizes, rectangular coordinate robots, and linear slides, etc. Linear modules is automated upgrade units, after linear guides, linear motion modules, and ball screw linear drive mechanisms. The linear and curved movement of the load can be realized through the combination of various units, then it making the automation of light loads more flexible and positioning more precise.
Currently linear modules have 3 types: synchronous belt type, ball screw type, and linear motor type.
This catalog mainly describes the ball screw type linear module, as for the linear motor type will be destroyed in another catalog.

Ball screw type linear modules commentary
1. The ball screw is an ideal product that converts rotary motion into linear motion, or converts linear motion into rotary motion. Because of its small frictional resistance, ball screws are widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments.
2. Linear guides use for in linear reciprocating motion applications. And they have a higher rated load than linear bearings, and it can bear a certain torque at the same time to achieve high precision under high loads.
3. Aluminum profile sliding table is reasonable design, good rigidity and reliable performance. It is an ideal basic power component for modular machine tools and automatic lines. So it has good dynamic performance. And the sliding table has high rigidity, small thermal deformation, and feed stability.
